Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Refund is only possible if the customer receives a damaged product.
The order can not be cancelled once we receive your order.
The value of the damaged goods (Artwork or Print or Frame or All of them) can be refunded on request.
The refund request with valid proof (Video proof of damaged product before and after opening) has to be raised by the customer within 2 days of product delivery. The refund will be initiated to the original payment method in 15 working days. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hobbiesstuff.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (not applicable) 
We do not replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to get the refund then please read terms given above and then, send us an email at support@hobbiesstuff.com

Shipping 
We do not accept the return of your product.
If you receive a refund, the cost of Shipping and Taxes will be deducted from your refund.
